At Nailberry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our breathable, vegan lacquers. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the glass bottles are protected, and include your Return Authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to London

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
